Years ago andis was one of if not the top brands for barbers. Props to andis for the innovation, however besides andis's master, Gtx, and supra zr2 theres really nothing on their lineup. This is a good concept but maybe they shouldve gave it more thought for a game changing trimmer like a usb charger, more battery time, maybe a magnetic motor, etc. Maybe this is the reason wahl doesn't innovate, they're still offering the same products but they're staying relevant!

Yeah the rpm's could be better but the fact that it's run time is listed at 90 minutes and it can only charge wirelessly is the deal breaker for me cause if it goes dead, you can't use it. I make runs with my tools but I keep USB cables in my case so there's just no point in me buying this one. Too many other premium options available that run for 2-4 hours. It would've been much smarter to incorporate a USB port into the design. And I can't fathom why they wouldn't. I've been an Andis fan since the 1980s but as much as I hate to say it, if I keep it honest, they are failing. Great detail on the review.
