Mirusia does this better than anyone I've ever heard. Nicole Scherzinger's rendition with Andrew Lloyd Weber at the piano is #2 in my book.

One thing that annoys me about Andre Rieu's video clips is the editing. if you go to 1.29 in the above clip you will see a lady with her head down and listening. She is in at least 5 other clips I have found in different cities and in different countries all with the same pose.
