Six years ago André Rieu performed 2 nights at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada, in a Viennese evening set in a reproduction of Vienna’s Schönbrunn Palace. The biggest stage ever to go on tour! Concerts in European & Australian stadiums soon followed. The concerts featured the Platinum Tenors, the Vienna State Opera Ballet, 80 Vienna Debutantes, a golden coach with the Empress Sisi and Emperor Franz-Joseph and the Vienna Figure Skating Association. They call them "concerts" ... the word does not do them justice. I have used the terms ... A Magnificent Evening of Immeasurable Entertainment and Gigantic Musical Talent. I think an Olympic Grand Opening night is not even comparable. On my "Bucket List" to attend one ... but just dreaming. The "Amazing Grace" produces tears every time.

I was on this concert .... still thinking about it... it was fantastic breath taking and far beyond that. it was far beyond anything that I can imagine when it comes to music performance even the 6 horses and the carriage... so realistic stage.... I tough I was in Vienna. Words can not describe. I also went to his second concert in Toronto. I would like to see him on his annual concert in home town Maastricht Netherlands.
