Andre Berry - Bach Suite Pt. 1 (Almost Naked)

My Humble rendition of a piece I love the sound of and was compelled (and self challenged!) to try to conquer. Added just a touch of reverb. I am playing my Bass Mods K534 that smokes any previous bass I have ever played. This Bass is the one for me. Bar none. Stick a fork in me. My search for the ultimate bass is done! Finally!!

I know, it takes dedication. A phrase at a time, exercise & repetition over and over and over....then two phrases together, then three together, the four together, then the whole shibang! takes months literally...well for me anyway!! I'm a slow learner!

Do you like the rosewood fingerboards instead of maple for bass mods ?

Sebastian Siaca yes, I prefer rosewood. To quote Marcus Miller, "Rosewood gives you that warm low-end, but it makes the slap sound a bit more old school.,.." whereas maple is quick, responsive and bright but the low end is much lighter and tighter, rosewood is slower, rounder and warmer. That been my experience anyway..,..
