I wouldn’t say that’s true. The reason why you have so many KZbinrs saying they speak +4 languages is usually because nobody bothered testing them extensively. Whereas a GM does have to get all the norms to become a GM and reach a super high rating. FYI, I speak 4 languages: native Spanish, English C2, Chinese HSK 3 (yes, I actually have a certificate that shows I passed the test, most people saying they speak Chinese on KZbin don’t have it), and Portuguese at an unknown level since I don’t care to take an exam for it, but definitely more than some KZbinrs who are saying they speak X amount of languages. I’ve met people who said they speak Spanish or Chinese Mandarin, and once I started talking to them in that language…well, most people lie about being able to speak a language it seems, but not many can lie about being a GM since you can simply google if it’s true and if they’re ranked

"Hej" is probably one of the simplest Swedish words that you can learn; it is pronounced very much like the English word "hey", and it means "hello". So basically, if you want to say hello to a Swedish person, then simply say "hey". There is maybe some subte difference in "hej", but it is basically the same sound.
