It is obvious Andrea definitely loves American classic songs, which amazing to me. Unfortunately I do not understand Spanish, but it does not matter.... Andrea is the best singer so far since I started searching for new promising singers and performers... Andrea is very unique and very promising young female singer. And I am sure she will succeed and be very famous very soon....

dobrodave123: Thank you for the reference to Jobim and Regina... It just happen that I am very familiar with all these songs and I like them a lot. However, you did not "opened a secret' for me. This songs are very well known in America. But Andrea Motis singing is totally different and fresh to my ear. I love her performance. She is something new and great at the same time....

hehe, you didn't get the point :) This is on a interview in catalonia, so they speak catalan . If the interview was abroad they would talk in english. "Rac1"is a famous radio channel that can be heard here ^^ Of course, being listened by mostly catalans it had no point to be talking in english.

Andrea certainly has that ethnic early 20 century American way of singing. She does need work on the American English she mimics. Her English slang is very good. Overall a class act.

The rest doesn't matter my friend... I am telling you one thing: Andrea will be a Star at some point.... I just feel: Catalone does not meen anything as well it does not matter.... at all''''' Take care and be happy... .

A mí no me parece rápida, me parece normal.

Why should they speak English. That's Catalan, one of the major languages of Europe spoken world wide by more people who speak Danish.. But you don't to speak any language to appreciate music.

I don't know about your knowledge of languages, but just to let you know: I speak at least 3 languages and can understand another four...... English language is #1 language in the god damn world.... and if you do not understand the importance of speaking english, then nothing will help you.... Just speak your Catalan and be happy, man...
