Hello Tom Mills. I have been away from your channel. I have lost 3 family members in 7 months. Just surviving. I wanted to let you know that your older teens are going to be your saving grace in helping you with shopping. I remember volunteering to help mother. It saved her precious time and allowed me to drive more, budget and work with money and skulls needed in life. You are blessed to have them. A Learning curve for you. Lol watching the boys shop always cracks me up, but they really do such a great job! I think if I let my teens get stuff, they would add random stuff just to see if I noticed they added it to the cart 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

I love Walmart clearance section! Sometimes find good deals! The boys are doing a good job they’re catching on fast couple more times and they’ll just breeze through the lists! I’m glad you’re saving lots of time! That’s nice that the case lot sale has helped you fill in some of the gaps! Those Halloween pretzel kits looked fun!

I’ve noticed in grocery stores when the store brand price goes up that means in two weeks time the name brand will go up too. I guess store brand prices are easier to change then the other.

Many teens I would say no, you can't trust them. However, your kids have been trained since they were little to be responsible, and to know the value of a dollar. I bet your teens will do awesome with the grocery shopping. You raised great kids into Young Men!

I think it is a great idea to get the kids involved. What about 2 teens teaming up to make diner that is 2 nights less you would have to do. I love how the boys are debating rhe prices and sizes of the products they are purchasing. Hair spray, hair gel can be purchased at the Dollar store for less ? My guess is $875. Tom, the kids I would think would qualify for survivors benefits although Andrea was not working outside of the home at the time of her death. I think it is around $800+/ child until they are 18 and with benefits for college the kids could have a good education without costing you an arm and a leg

Social Security no longer supports students in college or trade school. Once they have graduated from high school or turn 18, whichever comes first, Survivors benefits stop.
