It's a german web and tv show called KonspirativeKüchenKonzerte, translated "conspirative kitchen concerts".They seem to broadcast concerts of their guests performed in a kitchen. In my very basic understanding of the song I think he sings about his life as a man without much money and belongings which just walks his way, no matter what others say. The chorus "so ist das nun mal" means something like "that's just the way it is" sang like a defiant and nice meaning of "fuck off" to his critics
