At 18 I found my first teacher. She was in her late 60s. She told a story about traveling in Ireland and getting lost on a country road. An elderly woman was in her yard and my teacher asked for directions. This Elder invited her into her garden and gave her tea and biscuits while she drew a map. On her way out this Elder woman gave her roses from her garden. After years of incredible experiences, travel, meeting well known Spiritual Teachers, my teacher realized that this meeting with this ordinary wonan, showing her kindness was the greatest teacher she ever encountered. This touched me deeply and was a guiding light of how to live my life. Chop wood, carry water, do the laundry and offer strangers a cup of tea... awakening is recognizing how absolutely extraordinary the ordinary is. Beautiful conversation, gratitude and appreciation ❤

Years ago while working as a nurse in an end of life setting, I walked in with a travel coffee mug in my hand. I was stopped by an 85 year-old woman who asked what I was carrying. I explained to her that it was my coffee that I made on the way out the door. She asked if I took time to brew it and how I spent that time. I then described the Keurig machine to her and how convenient it was. She gave me the gift of kindly reminding me of the time I was missing for myself. I’m forever thankful.

Thank you for this loving shared intimate space between your insurmountable synergy. Strolling down on autopilot, suddenly your poem Andre, caught me by a pleasant surprise. Walking down the streets of London, tired after late night workout, and I didn't even realise. How your channeled stillness crept up from within me, words so sincere, deep and wise. Seeds you may have unintentionally scattered yet sprouted unbeknownst in me, tears of gratitude to arise. Much love ❤

It’s so refreshing to hear Richard talk about feeling even closer to his dad with greater intimacy after he passed. That is the exact experience I’ve had since my mother passed away in 2017. I’ve tried to explain this to the rest of my family and they just don’t understand how I could feel that way. My relationship with my mom when she was alive, while very deeply loving, was very difficult at many points in my life. But since her passing; I only feel such deep love and absolute connection with her.

A gift of Grace to this Heart’s longing! A flower doesn’t have to be taught to grow into its glory, altho the loving hands of a gardener may ease the way! I’m hearing “consider the lilies of the field”👣What I’m so grateful to have received is the assurance, a SIMPLE devotion to LOVE’S wisdom as IT reveals ITSELF, (as we practice freeing ourselves from the bondage of self ), providing our hearts, souls & minds PEACE, PURE LOVE & the LIGHT to see our way HOME, while drinking up the magnificence of being alive! When you have manifested your sitting down and offering a cup of tea service can I be there with you !🧘🏻♀️ Loved being with you both in this beautiful conversation and could so relate to Richard’s experience with death. I experienced that depth of intimacy after my husband of 41 years passed . Without the day to day challenges of domestic life so beautiful to witness him as he was without judgement or projection through acceptance and forgiveness. Death is profoundly important in learning who we really are. Thank you it was wonderful to hear it being expressed as it’s not how most people view the loss of a partner. Such a gift. 🙏💚

Alchemical science has always been first and foremost a spiritual understanding and work. When the seeker of truth finds "spiritual gold", he no longer needs to seek possession of physical gold or precious stones...He no longer simply feels the urge to do so. But this work on oneself is really long and disconcerting... Let's keep courage in our quest for enlightenment ! Sincearly 😀😃😄❤❤❤

My awakening is challenging. My child trauma mind hanging onto its role very tightly bc it was protecting our heart and my dog I loved more than any other being. So it has a quick default unconscious state when it feels emotions similar to childish trauma emotions. I love doing laundry etc bc turned it into sacred divine ritual. I love the everyday as divine being state to cultivate my path deeper into temple within.

I can speak to the plant medicine path after 30 years of taking plant medicine and half of that time leading plant medicine, circles way before it became trendy. I did ask myself that question 4 years ago. Where do I stand inside myself without anything propping me up. And so I have never returned taking plant medicines. Sometimes I feel like I lost a good friend. I hold the deep respect for the path that led me to my. Nature sustainability.

If I never took another plant medicine again, it would feel sad. Like a friend that's no longer here. But my path would go on. That's how I feel about plant medicine, beings that I align with deeply, like a friend that I love getting to know and spend time with. Teachers that teach in ways that put things in a way that really make sense for my mind ❤

Deep in the stillness of now, Lies the greatest gift to be found It’s in the acceptance of what is, That you break what’s kept you bound When you find the quiet within, An immeasurable treasure shines through A glimpse into the eternal nature, Of this mystery called you What we seek is who is seeking, And so we look to others to be seen But when you see the one who’s seeking, You are freed from who you’re being A flower opens gently, And has its cycles, like the moon When you let go of who you’re not You might just find yourself bloom And so a more beautiful world may come, not by trying to change the tides But by softening your gaze within And to begin seeing with new eyes 🤍
