This man was an outstanding finance minister in my country, who tackled succesfully the economic crisis between 2006 and 2010 during the Bachelet´s government. However, it worths to say he lacks closeness and empathy towards people to become a good president, he just is a well prepared economist and scholar, and over all, a good technocrat!!.

His English is very good, better than any American. But he started by trying to impress the audience with war stories. Unnecessary. In economics, he did nothing out of the ordinary in Chile, he did not contribute to the big problems, he did discreet work.
