Five days from viewing a property to moving in for a famous Formular One driver - that can only be Jenson Button as he's the only Formular One driver that I'm aware of who lived on St George's Hill.

St Georges Hill is nice. But the biggest problem now is the access. The public roads around the estate are constantly grid locked! Whether through usual rush hour or because the local council are FOREVER digging up roads and putting in road works. Plus for the next 2 years you have the fiasco surrounding FeltonFleet school having its access roads redesigned causing more congestion!
