Dr. Huberman is like a good friend or cool older brother who knows everything about everything and if he doesn’t, he knows a guy who knows a guy. Lol How lucky are we to exist at the same time as this radiant soul. He was born to teach. There is no higher purpose than that of a teacher, imo. Dr. Huberman teaches us such beautiful, profound and useful things that enrich and empower us to be better! His warmth and kindness comes through in every episode. His love and respect for science and biology is undeniable; I admire and respect him so much for that! Thank you Dr. Huberman for teaching us how incredibly beautiful, complex, and magical our bodies truly are. 💛 Also, I’m so glad to know I’m not the only weirdo who has a “death” song lol actually, I have several. Lol I hope I’m lucky enough to transition to the other side listening to music. 😭💗🎶

:3 :3 A copy-and-paste I made recently: Lmfao. 1) Most people misuse that word. It means to be mostly or solely into prepubescent children, by definition. 2) Many later admitted to lying in that case to profit off MJ. 3) They were teens. So, not a pedo. 4) There are various reasons why people are attracted to actually prepubescent children, and it's not just brain makeup that many assume but has been debunked. 5) MJ did it smoother and it seems MJ's is the actual Moonwalk, like someone else said. 6) Age of consent went up only in some areas. Age of consent varies around the world. Hehe. 7) Life expectancy went up. 8) Mary was 14 in the unoriginal and very debunked Bible of my Jewish and Greek people. Virgin birth is a mistranslation of almah and wasn't even in original Christianity. Lmfao.... 9) Edgar Allen Poe, Drake the rapper, Tekashi, many classical top philosophers, and many others have been into minors. It's just natural. Calendars......lol...oh well.... (; It's natural to be into pubescent minors. 10) The brain fully develops at 25, not at 18. Lmfao. 18 and 19 are still teens. Lmfao. 11) Way too many violent people. America, the prison capital, drug capital, debt capital, etc. Biden... on them prepubescent looking girls. .....lol.... Epstein had pubescent minors too, as some have even pointed out on the news he wasn't a pedo. So many mindless people. Fuck. Lol. 😂🤣🤣🤣😅😹😹😹😹😹

Lex, As an elder introvert, please do not fear large crowd in-person opportunities to share your voice. As you and I both understand, the haters are meaningless, it is the lovers who force our recoil. Although I know you will also learn in time, I feel compelled to tell you that the greater volume of love that comes your way, the better your heart becomes at processing and absorbing that love. I hope you do become a parent someday because the relationship between parent and child is in my estimation the all of humanity’s best chance of understanding this privileged principle.

@@EverDayBest Not really. I love the version of them I have come to know through the internet. I'm aware of the type of connection (one way) that I have and I personally still experience the feeling of cherishing and connection which to me feels like love. Love does not require a two way connection to occur. However I do agree that knowing a person in real life and having two way communication forms much deeper feelings. I don't feel as strongly about Andrew and Lex when compared to my IRL relationships. But a level of love still exists. It's all a spectrum.

This was one of the best podcasts I ever heard. It was like a great concert. So much quotes I gathered from this episone. So many great protocols. The beauty of the friendship, love, melancholy, poetry, Michael Sealy, workout, courage.... I am a better and weirder human because of you. Keep doing you.

Lex, Andrew - thank you so much for this episode. I've been spiralling into some very dark places since 24 Feb (I am a Russian who hasn't lived in Russia for 20 years but what my country is doing right now is breaking my heart and spirit in million pieces), trying to donate, protest, volunteer and help the best I can but still feeling so painfully helpless in the face of human cruelty and absolute evil of war. This episode showing beautiful, genuine intellectual and spiritual connection between you two beautiful human beings just left me devastated in the best possible way. I had a good and much needed cry because I was reminded that humanity can be beautiful, and open and interesting and kind. I absolutely love you both not only for the invaluable knowledge that you bring to us but for your incredible generosity and kindness. Endlessly grateful for you both

I am so thankful I found your podcasts. The algorithm has sent them my way, possibly because I was also born in the former Soviet Union, and the same year as you, and love philosophical conversations...or maybe because I watched The Huberman Lab podcast before. I love listening to the questions you ask, your genuine way of presenting yourself, and the diversity of the topics you cover. Today I am spending a rainy day at home listening to your podcasts and reorganizing my closet, which is the best way to spend a day.

in this one he just casually on a tangent drops so many amazing things: the NSDR thing and meditation, the tips for better focus including drugs (i quite dislike the ridiculous witch hunt on caffeine), the narrow/wide space influencing the mindset for creativity, then there's a bit of sleep, then the workouts and the cold/hot - awesome thanks so much, took me 3 interviews but i will definitely go check out andrew's podcast

I have been listening to Hubermans podcasts and interviews for sometime, and have wanted to comment, but could not find the right words to express the joy I feel when he becomes passionate about biology, neuroscience, and when he reveals personal experiences. Lex describes exactly what I feel about Huberman @ around 1hr9min into this, chat! It is certainly the stuff between the lines! My dopamine and serotonin levels keep me awake when I work nights because I love listening and just want more! Thank you, Huberman, for taking a leap of faith, and bringing your incredible energy to social media!

Guys! I couldn't thank you more about your amazing podcast! I think you are playing a big part in curing my depression. Nowdays I wake up earlier to get some sun and I'm looking forward to exercise instead of seeing it as something negative that I have to do. Overall the feeling of life and myself has changed for the better and I'm curious to try new things and improve my skills, relationship and of course friendships. I have been losing weight and now I'm buying an electric guitar to learn how to play and sing. Because all of those improvements in other areas in my life I'm feeling more creative and happy to work on different projects without getting exhausted. Thank you again, and keep up with the amazing work, you're changing people's lives for the better! Sending a lot of love for both of you!

Man, this is one of the BEST conversations in pod-landia! Glad I was one of many and many more flies on the wall as it were experiencing this event. So many moments that directly speak to my own experiences, and new material to explore. Ever since I stumbled upon Andrew, and shortly thereafter, Lex, my life's trajectory has changed in many ways, and returned to the path I was on before falling of the rails after a brutal divorce from a brutally abusive relationship. Thanks to both of you for sharing your knowledge and love; I'm endlessly grateful ❤

I stumbled on this by falling asleep watching a Huberman podcast and seeing this on my screen when I woke up in the morning. I am now a HUGE Lex fan. I love the flow of this. There are so many interesting topics discussed versus a one topic center interaction. It hit a cord with me in so many ways. Thank you to two amazing honest open men.

Lex is becoming more and more charismatic by the day. Sure, these two are friends, and there's no need for excessive professionalism, but this episode was such a joy - to dive into the inner workings of Lex's & Dr. Huberman's mind. The many ways in which they agree, and the subtle differences in their psyche. Not always seeing eye to eye, but always understanding where the other person comes from. (e.g. the mindset of dealing with haters in the comments, or giving a voice to people that the world considers as villains). Thank you for this podcast. Here's to many more shared happy & philosophical moments among the two of you, that we'll hopefully get to tag along for a few hours. 🖤
