Hey Andrew I would like to know a tip, in order to improve my ghost note and my left hand, how did you get your amazing skill in your left hand, just and advice please.
@MITCH3LLDRUMM3R6 жыл бұрын
To begin with, you should try playing quarter notes with your right hand while playing light sixteenth notes with your left. After you done that for a while, start playing around with left hand sixteenth note patterns while still playing quarter notes with your right hand. Then, accent different notes within those left-handed patterns. If you practice that for a few months (depending on how long you practice each day), then you should be able to play like Andrew here.

This right here my man is the answer! Well said Mitchell 🥁🤟

Mitchell gave a real good example on how to get that LH going. My main exercises for the LH are: RH on Hi Hat doing 8th note or Quarter notes, and LH on Snare doing 16th notes (all ghost notes). Once you get that going, try adding that bass drum and try to play all 16th note accents on the bass while mantaining that pattern on the hands. And finally, play with accents on the LH.

Thank you very much boys!! I appreciate it a lot. I will start practicing that as soon as possible!!!! Is really cool when you see a drummer with a left hand sooooo developed.
