When my mother died eight years ago, I was thankful she was a believer, no longer dealing with pain and disease, and that I would see her again one day. I was not sad for her, but it did grieve my heart very much to lose her. I missed our visits, the person she was, the love we shared, the things she did great and small that made our lives richer. My grief was about the loss of all I loved and enjoyed in this special relationship. I still think of her every day and I miss her very much. Perhaps we all process grief a little differently even in the light of God's wonderful truths. The wonderful thing is that God is always with us even as loved ones leave us, and He always tenderly comforts us in the aftermath of losing someone we love.

Truth, what u have shared is! Truth lives in our hearts and encourages to wait till we meet our loved ones again. Jesus Christ is that truth.

Andrew, I lost my mother in 2014 and the Holy Spirit comforted me by bringing back to my remembrance a conversation I'd had with her. Growing up I had no idea my mother believed, but about two years before her passing we talked about it. Because of this I was comforted and never grieved her passing. I also had a revelation that our grief is somewhat selfish because like you said they are in such a better place.

This is how I learned: People die and face judgement right away - for the believers is the heaven, otherwise hell. Rapture has to do with the tribulation and the actual end of the world. It happens just before tribulation starts (some believe in the middle or after tribulation). The Bible shows God always escapes his people before tribulation (like Noah). Rapture is the an act of love from God for his people who’s alive during that time. It’s followed by the tribulation, then Jesus’s return revealed to the everyone living in the world. Read the Revelation further.

I would love a subsequent teaching on raising the dead. I really enjoyed this teaching but now I need to know how scripture coincides with people being raised from the dead…
@Edgargarcia-oy3zj7 жыл бұрын
From Andrew's teaching from " you already got it" ..when we fast to dominate and train our flesh is it only done while you're studying the Bible to be effective? or can you do it throughout the day while you're working and doing other things and you're praying in the spirit and sayng scriptures to your self?

Edgar garcia, Psalm 1:2--But his delight is in the law of the Lord;and in his law doth he meditate day and night....Just thinking about the scriptures can bring revelation.The word meditate translates:to ponder,to consider or place attention on.....God bless!
@AndrewWommackMin7 жыл бұрын
Hello, Edgar! Thank you for your question! We believe that fasting is a personal time devoted to God and there is no set 'formula' for how we go about it. Fasting and prayer are the keys to releasing the power that God has given us through the new birth. If that time can't be dedicated to the Lord and is spent in the normal jobs and distractions of the day, then we'll probably just get hungry and not accomplish much! For more on this topic, check out Andrew's free teaching, "Fasting," at www.awmi.net/audio/audio-teachings/#/awm_k52_fasting.mp3. Blessings to you! - AWMI Team

Prince Daniel Because in heaven, everyone will worship God, together. No doubt, I will worship God with my spouse. It's just that we will be like angels. No one is given into marriage.

I would love to know the name of the book that Andrew mentioned, of a woman in the 1800’s going to heaven? Awesome teaching!! My sister died 20 years ago in a tragic car accident. When the Lord informed me she was in heaven, I rejoiced & am looking forward to seeing her again.

I just found it online. The name is "My Dream of Heaven" (Andrew said the name during the study) and it was written by Rebecca Ruter Springer. It looks like she wrote it in 1898. I just ordered it and can't wait to read it!

Explain Revelation 1: 18. Yah's power is overall and has control of all things. There is nothing He cannot do or control. Why do we try to limit The Almighty's power. He gives satan so much power and then according to the book of Job satan must get permission before he can lay his hands on Job and then God will let satan only go so far with him. Explain Revelation 1: 18. Also explain Genesis 6: 3 when you say God can not control death.The Almighty used to let people live into their 900's. Then because man's heart was inclined to wickedness He dropped man's years to around 120 years. Genesis 6: 3. What about Job 14: 5, Psalm 4-13, Job 14: 5-7 and many many more. Just because The Almighty is not death but life and light. That does not mean He is responsible for death.
