Right there with you! He's adorable and such a good actor. I fell in love with him in Sherlock but he completely steals Fleabag. It's such a shame he got snubbed by the Emmy's!

He is an amazing actor. He can be nobody, he can make every role. This is so hard. Sometimes he is murder,bad guy...Sometimes he is romantic,lovely,helpful,fun. But we have known he is Andrew Scott. That is the big reason to love him, he is he.

I have seen him in Fleabag of course. I recently saw Present Laughter in my local arts centre, he was truly charismatic and wonderful in the part. I see him perhaps scaling the heights similar ho Sir Antony Hopkins. Jxxx

2:12 I love that they didn’t diagnose the character because it feels like his character Donald wasn’t always like that . That maybe something happened or maybe it was the fact that the boy was overlooked and feels that care because of the fact that he is overlooked.

Just saw this film a couple days ago. Good Story. Class act by Mr Scott. So sad this wasn't available in any Netflix, Amazon, Rakuten, FilmIn or whatever streaming platform where I did look for.

So was his character also abused? Was he avenging or getting justice for the boy or himself and the boy?
@trishajackson96784 жыл бұрын
I thought that at the end too.

I think so. I think he had a traumatic experience himself that may have attributed to his mental issues. He may have blocked it out. I believe this was for both of them.

I think he was abused by the society around him, every one thought he was psycho, stupid, and underestimated. when he says something, they didn't believe him. Even his mom didn't respect him, when she saw him she said your smell is bad, and the mother of his daughter just felt ashamed every time he told her to be as one family. All these events just make heavy burden on him.

He had me until the gratuitous Trump bashing. Why do actors feel entitled to shove their political bias into everything?
@youknowit49364 жыл бұрын
What about the other way around though? The public feels like they are entitled to know everything about actors. Their sexuality, who they are dating, what happens in their personal life etc. But when they give opinions about quite important subject matters, that not everybody agrees upon, suddenly they should just shut up...? In this day and age, with the internet, everbody can give their opinion about everything. Why are people in the public eye not allowed to give their opinion on political stuff or other things that are close to their heart, when 'normal' people like you are apparently allowed to? Btw, him having a different political view doesn't mean he is shoving any bias into anything. If he doesn't support trump, he should be allowed to speek his mind about that, which has nothing to do with any bias. Don't let your own political bias cloud your judgment ma'am.

Why are you watching an Interview with an actor if you don't care for their opinion 🤔
