Andrew Self: An Interview about his work as a Dance Teaching Assistant
Andrew burst on to our screens in the BBC’s The Greatest Dancer in January 2019. His incredible talent as a dancer, dazzling performance, and his enchanting personality did not go unnoticed!
Since then, Andrew has raised awareness and inspired millions in his work as an ambassador for Mencap and local Down Syndrome charities.
With over 12,000,000 views on KZbin, hundreds of millions of shares on social media, and 47000 TikTok Followers (and rising); it is fair to say that no-one has done more to promote awareness of people with Down Syndrome and learning disabilities.
Andrew, however, takes it in his stride. He simply loves to dance. We simply love to watch!
