This actually hit me. I've been going hard the past couple months. Been away from my family for college, got to new goals, stronger mentally and physically, but today, I got sick. Didn't force to do anything, just stayed at the appartement because I wasn't feeling good. Still got my 65th cold shower this morning, but didn't hit the gym nor the climbing sesh but this video woke me up. I took heavy responsabilities in the past months, but I still gotta continue, because life isn't easy. What is life if it would be easy? Nothing. A word of advice: don’t take cold showers when your sick. When you are sick, you should only be focused on recovering so you can get back to working and and stuff. I’m just like you, I take cold showers evry day, but i stop when I’m sick bc it’s bad for sickness and hot showers are great for sickness. Anyways, keep up the grind!
