For a lot of people that's true but you can't ignore that mental illnesses are still a thing. Usually people that really have depression have a hard time opening up or going to a psychologist. Most of those suicidal depressed teenagers you are talking about are just in a bad mood thinking they are depressed because they think depression is cool ir whatever. For me it took years to go to a mental health specialist to figure out that i'm not lazy or something, i have a mental disorder and it's totally okay to get help.

The beauty and tragedy of it all is they have the power to change their circumstances and everything can change in a short space of time but it's easier to be depressed and victimize yourself. If you have depression, even if you snap yourself out of it somehow, it still comes back, it doesn't go away by itself. That’s why he got banned so quick. He gained way too much popularity too fast. The elite/government doesn’t want us to wake up and realize we’re being screwed over hard as men. Porn, Insta, dating apps, high sugar, processed food, gaming, high bf%, “be the nice guy!”, the enforcement of the LGBT agenda etc.. How does any of this benefit ANYONE? Jordan Peterson has some good points, but he's also blind to a lot of his own biases. That's the same with most people of course, since we're only human, but the problem lies in people completely accepting everything Peterson says without question. Some points where Peterson defaults to his comfort zone is regarding Imperialism, absolving the system of any blame and putting it entirely on the individual, and several other themes which go beyond his specialised field of Psychology. He has his merits, but only if taken in moderation. I'd say it's better to look for advice elsewhere than sift through Peterson's factual points and completely made up points.
