Tom Holland's Spidey scene is actually brilliant because if you think about it, when he's first introduced he mentions his suit was made to restrict his senses since they were too intense for him, meaning he was probably also suppressing his spider-sense, probably unintentionally, but that scene in Far From Home is basically Peter accepting the spider-sense in its entirety, which allowed him to use the Spider-man staple fighting style, the Way of the Spider.

It wasn’t really lightning. Electros was slow, you can tell because of the scene where it takes like 30 seconds for it go up the rail. If it had been natural it would’ve happened almost instantaneously
