Your requirement is too specific for being provided as a part of PCF Academy because the idea of this channel is to give a piece of advice on what you can do and not implement the whole complex scenarios like yours. As an advice, I would recommend taking a look at the examples provided at the FluentUI portal and combine them with the use of WebApi to query the list of accounts.
