Always appreciate and excited to see a fingerboarding video from you! You inspired me to start tech decking and fingerboarding again in 2019 and hadn't since highschool in 2002 and first had started in 1997 - 1998 in the beginning when tech deck was first released and was already skateboarding! Also to start a KZbin channel ! Thank you so very much! Wishing you a wonderful father's day and weekend!❤️☺️🖖🛹

I remembered the first time I had a fingerboard. I learned how to ollie in 4-5 days. Then I haven't learned any other trick for 2 months. Then I accidentally did a kickflip. And a few weeks later I learned some more tricks.

Everything really comes full circle in this life. I remember as a kid in the 90's in wood shop class we would make our own boards (they didn't have wheels) and get in trouble in class for playing with them. Some kids got really good at them. We would add a little bit of sticky sandpaper on the board to make it easier to handle. Those were the days.

I did somthing similar to this in high school a few years ago with old gift cards from are school we would draw the shape of the board on the card and bend the plastic to make the nose and tail and concave we would get in trouble so much with those things

I learned tre before kickflip and it took me probably over 15 years before I could do a kickflip. Now I can forward (dolphin), hardflip, Lazer, flip, nightmare, lazer, fake flip/backside fake flip, heelflip, fake tre, and working on my nolie game.

I just started fingerboarding this year ish. It really helps pass the time on a boring day etc. I will teck deck works to start but if you can get the pro teck deck go for that. If you think it's something you are going to take seriously you will want to upgrade to a Pro Fingerboard or Pro ish. I'm loving my BW/ BR set ups. But progression is pretty slow with Fingerboarding or it is for me haha. But I am currently trying to kick flips into different grinds and eventually lock that down

Been going for like 2 or so weeks and just now starting to get down Ollie's but inconsistent after countless hours practicing. Got a few higher quality builds coming and my son is loving the tech decks. Beats fidget spinners and its quality bonding with my son which I love seeing in your videos with your son. Thanks for the entertaining and informational videos. Keep it up.

Another recommendation: put your thumb under the board and lift up the board. That’s a deck grab. If your struggling to Ollie just quickly scoop your thumb and flick(keep the 2 fingers on). You can also flick and lift your fingers to do one of many tricks
