I just received this rod. Very impressed tbh. Was a little apprehensive 160 quid for a china rod but the quality is outstanding. Up there with my shimano poison adrena rods which are twice the price.

It doesn't. The Wild is true "US bass" rod - extra fast with and very little bent past top 1/3 of the rod.

@@AndrewsKnotsYeah, I actually prefer my rod to bend, unlike bass rods. Is there any way to distinguish them? The "dance" is a bit long for my preference, but the bend itself is a good factor, especially for SW. Do you have any shorter recommendations that maintain the same high-quality carbon and guides, or even with moderate or moderate-fast action? Or should I just get the "Dance" even though it might be a bit too long? I’ll be getting the ML version. Appreciate your work Andrew!

I have the 261cm 7-56gram and they say it is extra fast but it is not even a fast action the tip bends like a moderate fast action and the rest of the rod bends also. It is absolutely not extra fast which i don't mind to much. But it is annoying that pure lure does state things for there rods that are not true. I did pick up purelure stream rod and it says it was ultra light but it is a medium action rod. That was crazy. This flight dance i got looks good but not to sure how good it really is because they say it is fancy carbon but i got a much cheaper rod and that one feels way more sensitive and much faster action. I was lucky i got the rod for 100 euro bought it from a friend that did not like the rod. He buyed it for 200euro so not to bad

@@AndrewsKnots Yes. I think i am gonna use this rod for jigging softbaits for river zander. I think it is perfect for that. Also that the rod bends pretty far can be good for if i use thin wire hooks instead of 2x wire.
