You once did a show about Asian Carp and how tasty they are. Why haven't people taken on harvesting these from the Mississippi for, at the very least, fish sandwiches/sticks and the like? Are Ol' Miss and her tributaries too toxic?

I have never eaten an In-N-Out Burger. I had wanted to when I was in San Francisco recently, but didn’t get a chance to is it worth going to eat or is it just another fast food burger with a fancy title to it? I also do like Jack-in-the-Box even though I should not eat a lot of any of this as I am a type two diabetic but I am eventually going to try In-N-Out burger and I understand Mr. Zimmer has tried Culver’s as well. I do like Culver’s. They are all fresh burger patties, but I’m not going to be totally satisfied until I have tried In-N-Out Burger. I have eaten other Burger franchise sandwiches but I still would like to try the In-N-Out Burger. I’ve even eaten at five guys and Fuddruckers. I was impressed with both.

Hello Chef Zimmern huge fan. I have a question for you I'll put in the comments since i don't know any other way to reach out. Im in the south and my local grocery store sells cheap pork steak and various cuts of pork meat. Sometimes they dont specify the specific cut of pork, but I find these to have way more marbeling and better flavor than actual pork chops or tenderloin. My question is do you yourself find cheaper cuts of pork to taste better than the more expensive pork chops. I feel like im getting away with a great crime because im paying less and enjoying the heck out of my cheap pork. The late great Anthony Bourdain did say it takes more artistry and skill to cook cheaper cuts of meat and make it taste amazing, anybody can cook a ribeye.

I'm an upside down burger eater as well, and I agree with you... Culver's has the best fast food burgers. Yeah that's right I do food reviews while on the toilet.
