I just got the android 13. I have heard about a feature that allows a person to arrange their settings menu in a way that puts their most used settings near the top if they desire that. Do you know anything about this and how to do it?

What do you mean? What's not fun about Android 13 versus Android 12? If anything, Google's leaning more into the fun/customizable factor with this latest release.

@@phandroid not in comparison to 12. I just feel like they been losing it. I know you can customize stuff yourself but in comparison to apple. Idk, that dynamic island looks like a fun feature, even they widget Animatons seem to have a more fun appeal than android now 🤷🏾‍♂️, Maybe that's just me
