Hi, Even i faced the same problem, downloaded it for many times and then i mailed realme customer support, they gave me solution, it worked. Solution: Follow the below paths to reset your device’s system settings and clear the cache and data of the download manager & software update and check again. Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Reset all settings. (Note- Performing this operation will not wipe any of your data.) Path to clear the cache and data: Settings > Apps > App management > Click on⠸ > Show system > Select App > Clear Storage data or Caches.
