Its before she got possed by her hunger at the start of the story so like majin buu she has the same personality as her good self but lacks the guilt from her evil side murdering 16. (who is still alive to her) Seeing her quotes it seems that other then stabilizing herself and controlling the buu hunger she is also seeking power and battle data so she can improve herself to the point that she will never lose 16 again making what happens in the future even more tragic...

Imagine if Fighterz had a traditional fighting game Arcade Mode with 1v1 matches. 7 fights, each with a Dragon Ball and at the end is an ending cutscene where your character gets to make a wish with Shenron. 21's the final boss. She opens with her own little cutscene and she has 2 phases: 1st is Lab Coat, 2nd has her go crazy and transform into Majin 21. *This is Phase 1's theme.*

It's mainly the default themes that are like that. The character themes like Zamasu, Cell, Roshi, UI Goku, SS4 Gogeta, and Android 21's are godlike.

@@stormbringer7773 You’ve kinda proven my point, and Cell’s theme is extra generic too. Plus before any dlc was out, Goku Black, Gotenks, and Buu’s themes were the only ones that sounded unique. Hit’s was also generic, the only thing different was that they used jazz. And as you can see from what you’ve listed, only when dlc characters began dropping is when the themes were actually beginning to sound unique and recognizable, and even then some characters still had themes that were extremely generic, like 17 and Videl’s themes. So as you can see, Fighterz ost is not that great as you make it out to be.
