Still freezing up :\ I'm able to access the internal storage with no problem. It's when I try to access my SD card that I get the spinning beach ball of death every single time. So frustrating.

+Giuliana Rexic sounds like you are having a different issue than what I had. My issue was all due to the android transfer program.

not working here. file transfer program keeps freezing wont open, wont let me see the files on my phone. It has worked before but not now.

Just activate USB Debugging in developer options: developer.android.com/studio/debug/dev-options
