On September 23, 2008, together with the release of the HTC Dream, the world was introduced to the Android OS - a system that popularized smartphones as such and helped, along with Apple, to erase the barrier between a conventional cell phone and a communicator.
Over the 15 years of its history, there have been many scandals, bright new releases, extraordinary ideas and improvements to the OS.
