i followed this my tutorial 3 days ago . and i got these {.temp Build-tools Emulators Extra License Patcher Platfrom Platform-tools Tools . Known Packages} folders using this command. so, i suggest you to please view video again and try again. Terminal Command is: sdkmanager "platform-tools" "platforms;android-30" "build-tools;30.0.2"

yes sure, its enough data, you can easily download sdk. Its require only 500MB to 1GB or maximum 1.2GB
