4 years on andriod studio still use custom splash screen, seems like i have to convert my work inside andriod studio

It's perfect. But the bad thing is that if you minimize the app because of another task and if you return back to the app but not with the task manager but start the app again from the icon, it loads the welcome screen again, instead to show from where you finished last time when you minimized the app... how to fix this?
