Things not mentioned in the video and will bug you since it's not on stackoverflow lol: 1. Make sure your cloud console has Billing set up (You won't have to pay but if you exceed certain quota you will be charged) 2. When creating the keys make sure they are restricted by adding your SHA1 fingerprint. 3. If your API key is saved in a different file use the getString() methods not String.valueof()
