Very Helpful. Sometime it doesn't work for pressing button one so keep button pressed for some time may 50-60 seconds and after that it will take some time get into normal mode. I have MI4 where I got this issue. My phone opens up 5-6 time in fastmode after that it opens up into normal mode.

No, the smartphone shouldn't be doing anything in Fastboot Mode so there's no reason for it to heat up at all. It may be a good idea to follow an 'unbrick' guide and manually flash the stock images to see if it will help. If not, then it's something physical (case, ambient temp., hardware defect, etc.)
