I like how Hybe groups always takes the election of leaders in detail and democratically. They always do tests to narrow down which members are suitable for leader position and then let the members decide together who is the capable one. They take everything thoughtfully.

Their decision for the leader was right~ Euijoo thinks of things carefully and listens to all of the members so well. The members described him as a serious, very considerate, supportive and a person that never gives up. . And fuma as his sub-leader was also a great choice. This way he has someone he can rely on whenever he needs help 🥺

@@tanisha22331 That argument is most likely the reason why he should "not" be a leader. A leader should communicate well not only to the members but the management as well. The group is full of japanese members and they're promoting in Japan. So EJ being the only korean member amongst japanese members isn't a well thought reason for being a leader. When I first heard that he is the leader, I asked myself why, since he's korean. A japanese member is well suited to be a leader of a Japanese group. Thus, K or Fuma would be most suitable. So him being korean isn't the reason. It is even nonsense of a reason. The only reason why people would think that way is because they think &Team is a kpop group or a group under HYBE. But people keep on forgetting that &TEAM is a Japanese group and is under HYBE Japan. The reason why he was chosen is because the way he answered the interview. And also even if he wasn't well versed in Japanese, his mindset made him a leader. Just like Jungwon. EJ is a calm person who can mediate between the members. He isn't bias and very mutual. He knows how to listen too. That is why he most suited for it. Fuma has the same qualities but EJ thinks as a whole. He thinks what's best for the team as a whole. While Fuma is like a support. He is more like a person who helps individually. I think K was not chosen for the same reason why Heeseung was not chosen. He is the center/ace and could be a burden for him to do many roles. And I think K still remembers i-Land where he failed to be a good leader. He is still hesitant to get a leader role.

Since watching in I-Land, I'm happy to see EJ mature and have this incredible progress in his mindset. I hope you do well as the leader, please don't feel pressured. And to K, you're the eldest and just like every other eldest member in other Hybe groups like BTS, TXT, EN- you will be the one to whom the leader will lean on when they feel demotivated at times. EJ has a mindset focused on the needs of the group as a whole, the needs of the individual members, and not only on the growth of the team but also on his own personal growth- alongside the desire to nuture an environment for the others to grow personally (as well) and to help them all achieve their goals as a group. These are all 100% necessary for a good leader. So proud of him, and Fuma. Fuma has a mindset of caring for and protecting the group as a whole, and supporting each of the memebrs personally as well. 100% necessary for a leader as well, especially as a sub-leader who needs to back up the main Leader. Him and EJ have goals and mindsets that work perfectly together for a Leader and Sub-Leader. Again, so proud! Rewatched this but been stanning them since predebut era. I myself prefer leader chosen from the hyung line but not the oldest one. My early guess was Fuma or Yuma (I thought it was gonna be one leader only) but then after the announcement when I rethought about it, it was indeed the best to pick two; one among four members from I-Land and one among five members from &Audition: The Howling. One Korean & one Japanese. Perfect. Personality-wise, EJ & Fuma are also the most suitable members for the leader role. It's been a year and I've seen how much &Team has grown as a group. Wish you the brightest future ❤

No se porque pero siento que EJ y Fuma son el perfecto contraste de líder y sub-líder, EJ parece ser el tipo de persona mas comprensiva y probablemente de apoyo emocional cuando las cosas van mal, Fuma parece ser mas el tipo de persona que piensa racional y sería quien pondría orden a las cosas. Honestamente me parece increíble que eligieran dos líderes y no solo uno, creo que un líder de por si tiene mucha presión y mucha mas carga al estar solo, asi que tener dos es una buena elección. EJ y Fuma serán muy buenos líderes 💕💕

Fuma is definitely reliable so I won't question him at all, since he's the official SP of &Team😌✨ About Ejoo... I think because Ejoo always watch others' back, so probably he knows everyone better. He's that "sniper", he watches from a far in silence (referring to the &tour episode). I think he's a good listener too as he doesn't talk too much and tend to observe his surrounding. I can understand Ejoo's personality more than the other members since he's one of my bias, but I can't wait to get to know them more! Idk, maybe everything that I said was just a hunch based on my observation of all of the contents we got so far😂 but if the members believe in Ejoo, then us, Luné too!🤧💖
