You're awesome! Love to see the double overhand effort. I prefer it in my powerbuilding program since it's easier on the shoulders and biceps. Hip thrust at 0:13 really highlights your quickness...great stuff! I've learned a ton watching your technique over the years - from treating the DL as something other than a Squat, to keeping shins vertical on set-up, maintaining tension between the lower glutes and upper hamstrings, and treating every rep like it means something...incredible insight! I finally put pen to paper earlier this year and published a book on powerbuilding called IRON-FORTIFIED FOR LIFE. I tried to capture what I've learned from studying legends like yourself to get the most out of every lift. Thanks for all that you do for those of us that love to learn and try to get better every day!

I can lift it double overhand too but not so quick 😂my max is only 250 kg Andy is very strong 💪
