No one ruled a five ussr period like The Bee Gees …maybe Elvis and the Beatles…but when you look at their own hits, then add in Andy’s and then other hits they wrote and produced like Emotion …..they ruled 1975 to 1979….add in their pre disco stuff, the hit covers from Al Green and others and hits they wrote and produced like Heartbreaker and islands in the stream…Barry’s album with Streisand …and then add in all the samples and interpolations (remember Ghetto Superstar)?….. Prob only the Beatles wrote more hits?

The first time that I heard this song was in 1978 in Albuquerque New Mexico driving home from the swap meet with the Star Wars board game in my hand. I was 6 years old and I remember the melody coming out of the radio and immediately captivating me. In 2002 I was working in a warehouse in southern California when I met a young lady who was smart, strong, beautiful and loved books and Star Wars as much as me, but she was already spoken for and it broke my heart. I remember going for a walk one day during my lunch break at work and this song played on my headphones, that's when the lyrics became clear and made me realize how I really felt for this young lady. Thanks for making such an incredibly beautiful mix of this song and reviving some of my most cherished memories!
