Considering the age gap is amazing how much Andy looked and sounded like big brother Barry. The inflection in his voice and mannerisms also like Barry, to bad he was lost so early.

This is a blessing to watch & also very heavy on my heart. Oh My Darling Andy: The expectation people placed on him & still do with all the comparison to the Brothers, especially to Barry, was enormous. That along with the chaotic wind shift of the business, & dealing with the up & down rollercoaster of symptoms with depression, which he suffered with from childhood & was not given treatment; you tie all that up & place yourself in his position with every angle of his life in the spotlight, & he's supposed to know how to handle & maneuver through it all at age 19; give me a break. Andy was not ungrateful for his Brothers nudging & moving him along with writing songs together, nor did he ever lack confidence in his abilities with his talent. He just wanted people to see him for who he was as a performer & individual; but sadly that day, even as current as right now, never has come; the comparison still lives on even in memory of him. This was his heartache. No one outside his circle understood this, not even his family members, except for Precious Mo, & Beautiful Bright Beri Bee, but they were hesitant to acknowledge the pigeonhole they had created for him, & just became too busy dealing with their own lives & struggles to ever make a dent in successfully reaching into the truth. My Andy was the kindest, soft hearted, polite, respectful, humble, & passionate man I had ever encountered. I was only 12 & he was 21 when we first met, & through it all, right up to his passing, his disposition with me never changed; he was always just My Darling Andy. Not a day goes by were I don't miss his gentleness & his Love. Maybe if people had made the effort to see him like I did, & the Brothers could have guided him away from the same pitfalls they encountered, his time here on earth would have been less stressful. Even so, My Darling Andy never lost his child like wonder about life: he made everything around him exciting & could make you believe in achieving the impossible. I miss him so much; 💋💔 My heart has never stopped beating for him. Thank you for this lovely vid with my love performing; no one knows the hell he went through to keep moving onward; I did. I also knew, & so did My Darling Andy that one day he'd be safe in the arms of Jesus; free from the pain & sufferings of this world, but God took him too soon; & it was a sad goodbye you never get over! 💔💋✝

I was and still am a huge Andy Gibb fan. At 62, I am close to the age he would be had he survived his horrible addictions. And when he linked up with Victoria Principal I was over the moon, because she was so beautiful, and she had such a feminine way about her - I thought they were the perfect couple. Losing Andy Gibb was on equal ground with losing Lady Di. But I must say its obvious in this concert appearance that drinking and cocaine had taken a toll on his beautiful voice and his physical stamina. Its sad, but I will watch his videos no matter what his condition, because he left his earth far far too soon. Imagine all the great music he could have made these past few decades. I can say, I wish I knew who gave him access to such destructive vices, so I could beat their asses. Because they helped to ruin a singing prodigy.
