I, a fully 28 year old adult, would totally still choose to stay in a “kids” hotel just for the aesthetic and innocence of it cuz it would just be a happy place.

Me too because I'm pretty much a big kid still, but that might be because I never really had a proper childhood from when I was 4 and a half until I was 10 and a half due to my first foster carers mistreating me....

@@neonpixiee518 Yeah.😔 It's bad enough when some people, particularly overprotective parents don't understand your additional needs because they don't know you and they make the ignorant assumption that it's suspicious, unaware that you're just innocently enjoying yourself. I sometimes get the anxiety that people may misjudge me....

My son is autistic and going to be 16 next year. We have stayed in the ceebeebies hotel before and he alternates between the three hotels on our yearly visit. I was worried as an adult he wouldn't be able to stay in ceebeebies hotel anymore. He was just watching your video and I was reassured to know that they might make allowances for him as he gets older. Thank you for sharing.

@@neonpixiee518 Well, I think that Alton Towers can review exceptions on the person's merit for anyone wanting to stay at their CBeebies Land Hotel that don't have children with them, and in this case they allowed Andy to stay due to his autism and loving CBeebies since his childhood, but I can't find anything on the Alton Towers website about their policy on normally only allowing families with children stay at the CBeebies Land Hotel; nothing was said in their Terms & Conditions about it, so if anyone disputed it in court, the court could deem it unenforceable due to it not being stated in Alton Towers' printed policy....

Can i just say though how i don't like that sensory rooms are always targeted at little kids. You probably wouldn't see a sensory room at Thorpe Park for example as it is targeted at older age groups but many older kids, teenagers and adults would benefit from sensory rooms everywhere but for some reason place's only have them for young children. I went to a place once (can't remember where) and it had a sensory room but had a big sign outside saying "Sensory Room: Under 5's only" think it was in a shopping centre somewhere and i was a young teenager at the time and needed a quiet place to sit as i was overwhelmed but it was only for young kids. Sensory rooms should be places for all ages to have a quiet space out, not just for young children.

I totally agree! Autistic kids become autistic adults and it is 2024 now so about time everyone realized this. My dream would be an interactive sensory room

Great video. Very Intersting price comparison with Disneyland. More and more I am switching from visiting UK theme parks and heading over to Europe instead. Amazingly you end up spending about the same or sometimes a lot less and parks like Efteling in the Netherlands or Liseberg over in Sweden are just world class.
