I have a number of bloodshot record release... mark pickerel and his praying hands, Lydia Loveless, Neko Case, Alejandro Escovedo, Jon Rauhouse, Whitey Morgan And The 78's are all artists I have a number of records by.. and a bunch more.. including the While No One Was Looking - Toasting 20 Years Of Bloodshot Records LP set.. some of the stuff on the label I like.. some I don't connect with.. in a lot of ways Bloodshot and the Alt Country scene are the evolution of the 80s Cowpunk scene... I like a lot of those records.. they just don't resonate with me the way the 80s cowpunk albums did..
