Can anyone believe that he also had hard times with speaking Korean when he went to Korea to be Shinhwa? He said that he didn't speak much when they just debuted because he wasn't fluent in Korean back then.

I totally feel him when people ask you to speak another language- just because a person speaks multiple languages, the point is that it's a conversation, so it's kind of weird to just start saying things in another language, especially if you know other people won't really understand you. They did a hilarious job with this bit though, lol

I fucking love him. When i first saw him in Xman I did not believe that he was the English rapper. I was like...blown away when i listened to Venus and Andy appeared with his perfect English pronunciation (for an Asian person) and I just...stared at the screen and let my mouth drool.

andy moved to the US at a really young age (early elementary school-ish) & stayed there until he was almost done w/ high school (he went to Kent Foreign School in Korea for like his last year or two of HS), so he lived in the US for about 10 years, that's why his accent is pretty perfect. Eric didn't move to the US later elementary school and moved back to Korea after he graduated from sunny hills HS, so he was there for maybe like 6 years? so that's why the discrepancy in accent.

OMG! I thought i was the only one who thought that way! hehe.. I just started watching Shinhwa's old and new videos, eventhough i have known about their group since i started my kpop addiction.. I never really got into them until now that they are making their comeback.. I like them all, but Eric and Andy are my biases so far i think..And i totally saw Yoochun in Andy, they both have that youthful charm, their eyes, smile and cheeks are kinda the same too! I'm glad to see i am not the only one!

jess, krystal, tiffany were all born in the states and pretty much learned English as their first language. Thus good accents. Micky honestly I think was only in the US for like 2-4 years. Plus he came in his mid-teens, which is really after your language window closes, thus his heavy accent. i'm sure he can get by though.

I just recently started watching things related to Shinwa, they are really amazing. I agree that Andy reminds me of Micky Yoochun, they are both so adorable. Even though they're both too young for me, I would melt too if they were ever on screen together. Can't say enough of about them, too darling!!

Steve's English, I don't know about the past, but for now his English is only better than Jun Jin, Min Woo and Dong Wan, like he can understand some common things but he can't really speak English anymore. People said his English used to be better when he was in the US. If you guys watch fancam of Eric and Steve speaking English in The Return concert in Shanghai, you'll see that Andy's English is actually the best. However, Steve Jung sings English songs the best in Korea :X

Eric and Andy can speak english. Hyesung's english isn't as good as the other two. Minwoo might know abit too because he worked with an american artist and producer. Dongwan learned english for about 2 months. Junjin doesn't really know english much. xD :)

@shnwamore I'm not trying to go against you or anything, but think it depends on the words they say. Some words are easier to pronounce than others. In here Andy only had a small conversation that I don't think is enough to represent his English in all. Both him and Eric have an accent, it's just the way they speak that differs. Andy speaks more prim and proper, while Eric's got that ghetto tone haha. Regardless they both are good. I just wish to hear them speak more of it!
