Except that Andy was bullied during all his student life in his old high school, he's someone with motives to be resentful at others whereas Malfoy is just a popular rich wizard kid who bullies the students who are not as popular as he is, the students who stand up to him and his constant bullying or the ones known as "muggles" or the children born from a wizard/witch parent and a normal human parent. I could never stand Malfoy whereas I can at least stand Andy a little and understand what are his reasons to feel so resentful against others
