Hi Andy. Suggestion on overtime: end penalty dice on the draw. Better solution? Kicking team advances on a draw. They did the hard work of keeping the team with the ball out (or drawing equal again in the overtime period), and deserve to advance. You kick to me in OT. You keep me from scoring. You get the win. Fairer. Better. Rewards good play. No sour aftertaste.

As a tabletop coach, I am loving the new arena mode. I’m playing BB3 much more than before. Hopefully each new season has a different build for arena

Interesting idea! Do you mean like different tv values? What about, for example 5 primaries and 3 secondaries? It would cause a fair amount of change to the meta

I don't like it for various reasons, but its poorly balanced is the overarching crux of the matter.

Just tossing in my two cents. I do like Arena formatted tabletop resurrection tournament style BB. And am playing some Arena as a result (got a 2-0 Halfling team going, we'll see how long THAT lasts 😊 ). But my preferred form of BB is league. I like earning SPPs. I like advancing the team, I just don't love Ladder because it has too many incentives to create kill teams that just murder. Leagues don't quite have the same incentive. So I am a member of ReBBL and BBTactics leagues.

It's really kind of odd that arena is game capped and ladder isn't. It should really be the other way around. Since the team doesn't change with more games in arena, you could let people play as many games as they want until 2 losses, highest streaks go to playoffs?
