*Fun Fact:* According to _International Chewing Gum Association,_ gum is a "stable product" and "not required by law to be labeled with an expiration date in most countries." Old gum become brittle and lost its taste over time, but it remains safe to chew.

It's the same with Fairy Floss/ Cotton Candy. My Dad found out you can buy a machine for $80 AUD. He bought one and started a business out of it. After talking to someone and doing his research he found out he doesn't need a food license to sell it, because it's not legally recognized as a food item.
