PNSO seriously have no competition. Superbly accurate and naturalistic sculpts that are so lifelike. I love dinosaurs but never entertained the thought of buying models but PNSO changed that. I now have both Wilson the T-rex and Paul the Allosaurus on the way!

I'd really like to see a Big Al repaint of this beautiful figure. Just to see that interpretation of the Allosaurus in a more modern and accurate sculpt.

Great review Andy.. truly the best allosaurus sculpt i have seen in a while.. i think a touch of a vibrant color would make the figure stand out more. Anyway..keep up the work :D

This is my first pnso figure.... But definitely not my last! Amazing figure, awesome poster, much better than the 2013 schleich allosaurus I had before! Awesome!

I wish JP merchandise had this level of detail and design efforts. I did not know PNSO existed until today and the Allosaurus looks great.

Until, David Silva or someone else or another company makes a better, Allosaurus finger. Then hands down the, PNSO Allosaurus is the most accurate and beautifully made finger, I’ve ever seen for this genus. I also adore how it’s paint scheme is very reminiscent for, PNSO’s upcoming Carcahrodontosaurus because when, you think about it’s a very subtle way. To show that both Allosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus are “relatively speaking of course” closely related to each other. The only thing, I wish the PSNO Allosaurus had, it’s thump claw be a little larger. And fixed the paint work from the teeth onto the lips. The finale thing is the the tiniest amount of shrink wrapping on the head. Other then those 3 things this is, my personal favorite Allosaurus finger in general. PS Now I just need that Torvosaurus & Carcharodontosaurus 😆

I can't wait for David Silva to tackle more therapod families. Then we will finally have more therapod figures with lips.

i dont think PNSO officially said what it is based on, but the skull shape fits a lot better with Allosaurus Jimmadseni, AKA Big al.

For some reason I feel that the colours on all of their figures look identical and the eyes are blue in every single figure. The sculpt is fantastic but I would love to see a different paint job.
@chuckschwa3 жыл бұрын
Their paint work is super nice. However, if PNSO did alternate colors as an option for some of their figures the way Nanmu does, I would love that as well
@UtterNoobness3 жыл бұрын
@@chuckschwa ya the paint job is nice but seeing the same one on every figure is kinda bad.

The only thing stopping me from buying these amazing PNSO figures is the fact that they never give their therapods lips...
@growlie26763 жыл бұрын
In my case, it's that they don't stand without a base.
@nexusoflife3 жыл бұрын
@@growlie2676 That is also another small issue I have with PNSO. The figure should be able to be displayed completely on it's own.
@clemenstieg74403 жыл бұрын
So, how many unnatural spikes do you want on your dinosaurs? PNSO: Yes Donˋt get me wrong, this model is great overall, very realistic proportions, BUT: WTF ist it with those spikes on the back in every Allosaurus (PNSO, Nanmu, Papo)? PNSO in general puts these things on their dinosaurs (for example the Giganotosaurus) too much. Maybe Iˋll get it anyway but for now Iˋm gonna stick with my W-Dragon Allosaurus.
@danielmcgillivray2033 жыл бұрын
The eyes are a bit off putting to me, they look like they were just painted on without any care
@growlie26763 жыл бұрын
It's really annoying to not be able to display these figurines without a base. Why would they make figurines that don't stand on their own?
@andysdinosaurreviews3 жыл бұрын
My Allosaurus stands perfectly fine. They just include a base in case it stops standing.
