Building the Ultimate K24 S2000 Race Car | ASMotorsports

We got a bare S2000 shell at the end of 2021 and decided to build it into the ultimate K-swap race car for ‪@Gridlife‬ Touring Cup. Things came together a little quicker than anticipated, so we decided to make GLTC Round 1 @ Circuit of the Americas (March 19-20) our deadline; it just means building from bare shell to full racecar in less than 2 weeks.

Since you guys have probably done the most k24 swapped s2000 why is the power not even close to some of the fwd Civics. I’ve seen numerous fwd civics k24 in the 260-290 whp but I don’t think I’ve seen one k24 swapped s2k passed 250whp … is it all with the driveline loss with being rwd?

No we did not use the old rotors. They are new rotors from Hawk.
