Thanks for this. I tried about 20 times on my T680, finally gave up and got a cord. I will try again. Now I need to figure out how to still have my Blue Parrot headset connected to my phone instead of the radio to my phone for calls.

If your still having this issue, you need to go into the phone bluetooth settings and each Bluetooth device name will have a little gear or setting next to it.. go to truck radio or "dea 500" or whatever the name is and select "Media only" or make sure it is set not to take phone calls. Once you do that, the blue parrot should ring when a call comes in. Let me know if you this doesn't work.

When in a call, change the output option-it will offer iPhone, speaker, or BT (if you have multiple BTs connected, it will offer all of them).

To use audio tap the button “src” until you find phone audio option and you should hear your phone audio immediately

How about a 2014 smart nav that will never reconnect to a phone? I'm had several nav plus and they always work. And several radios like the one in this video. The smart nav will connect once but once you leave or shut truck off you need to delete and repair. Any thoughts?

I’ve got the same stereo minus Sirius in my T880. Today all of sudden the phone was not connecting so I did the usual hold down phone button, then it came up with BT disabled. Now usually I can press the button and turn knob to enable Bluetooth but for some reason it’s staying stuck on disabled. It won’t change at all. Is there a way to reset unit or any idea what needs to be done.

Absolutely could not get it to work. 2022 T680 radio says a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G is not supported 😑 tried to get it to pair my phone was showing every device near my semi but not the radio. Have to get it working that way because the phones no longer have input Jack's it's all Bluetooth now... had to order earbuds...
