Hi Andy, I'm from Cramlington and love watching your videos. I really respect and appreciate you for pointing out about leaving fire burns on the ground and also of course the LeaveNoTrace importance. I get away for many hikes in the Cheviots and the Lake District every other week or so and I can remember the stream hopping coming down from the Cheviot very recently that way. 🙂👍 I have only done a couple of wild camps but no solo ones and I'd love to kick on and get a few done and get some new kit at some point. Thanks for your videos mate I watch each and every one of them as soon as they're posted and spend a lot of my evenings watching them too. Would be so cool to bump into you one day! 👍🙂

Just got the women's neoair very happy with it! I have the forclaz trek 900 bag from decathlon had it down to below freezing but its a light summer bag really, plus small packsize and variety of sizes 👍

Great video, Camped there a few times, I first saw it on a Blamhof video in may five years ago, Mid week best there if you can, Your food was fantastic, asparagus is spot on,lovely chilled out camp, I am watching it as I watch the sunset before I pitch the bivy, Moving !!!!! It’s crap, I have had a few weeks of it ,with a forced rental for 10 days to keep the chain going !!!! Keep em coming

Lush spot that mind. Always been a super quiet hike up to cheviot that route. The house is private belongs to estate. They use it all summer ☀️. I love the treacherous hike up to hedgehope from there. Gets the lungs open. The hope is a lush waterfall. Ya should have gone in man. Really enjoyed ya video. Take care 🙂

I have thought about getting that tent, pretents soloist is it? Only really cos I was intrigued by the door tbh 😂 Came to my senses and realised I've essentially got the same tent in the Lanshan 1 2021 for less cash, and it's fine for what I do. Nice to see someone drinking my local brew from Saltaire.

The lanshan is probably better for space and layout. The pretents is too small for me personally. The material is super quality though. That’s the difference. But yeah. Stick with the lanshan. I do like the door on the pretents mind. 👍
