90g butter or margarine
30g chocolate powder 50% cocoa
50g semi-sweet chocolate or fractional topping
▪ Nest Ganache with Oreo
300g white chocolate
225g of cream
75g Oreo cookies without crushed filling
75g Nido powdered milk
100g well-chilled whipped cream
▪ Nutella cream
100g of Nutella
30g of cream
▪ Chocolate Ganache
200g of noble Blend chocolate
100g of cream
To bathe, I used 500g of semi-sweet topping and 50ml of coconut oil.
