It does seem that. She probably has practised a lot since her accent isn't really close to estonian anymore, as I think so. As an estonian, who's quite fluent in both these languages, achieving such an accent could be quite hard, time consuming. I have problems also so it's great that Anett has this skill with great tennis playing.

Her accent is weird, I saw a previous interview of her she sounded very posh English and now her accent is different.
