@@aryavishnu3902 Hi Ayan, I have recovered 90 percent. My recent scan shows that my bone has aggregated successfully and my doctor said I can run. But I still feel pain when I stand continuously for an hour or so. That's what bothers me a lot, I can't do household chores as I used to do before. I wear soft chappals to avoid pain. But this is not stopping me from doing exercise, I am using soft gels on shoes to avoid the pain to run. I do yoga and pranayama time to time. I was prediabetic when I had the surgery, now my sugar levels are normal without any medications. So after the surgery make sure to check on your diet because you cannot burn the calories. So I would suggest you to totally avoid sugar. Eat lots of fiber, avoid soft drinks and junk food. In regards to surgery, in April of this year, I contracted covid and had admitted to the hospital for a week. Even though my oxygen was above 94 Spo2. It felt like a hell because I experienced breathlessness, heart aches and Heart palpitations for around 2 months. I suffered with Post covid symptoms for around 2 months. Compared to the Covid, the surgery was an easy rope to walk. I sang through the whole surgery. I joked with doctors, attendants and nurses during live surgery. Surgery was very smooth , I did not feel lot of pain. But after surgery you would not able to pee for 12 hours becaue of anesthesia. After surgery I received lot of support from my family and friends. I had undergone bone grafting technique using keyhole technique .
