The SP II Special Performance has been especially designed for high-volume coffee shops. It displays quality and efficiency - cup by cup, a perfectly clean taste.
What's new in the SP2 Plus:
Durable Proximity Sensor: Replacing the mechanical start/stop activation switch with a highly durable proximity sensor that stays unaffected by even the most intense use and environmental conditions.
Removable Rear Panel: This brings a smile of joy to every technician's face. The removable back panel on the SPII+ is taken off by undoing 6 x 3mm allen screws allowing easy access to the internals and cooling fans.
Safety Parameters: Anfim have introduced 2 x safety cut out switches to the SPII+ located under the Hopper and behind the Exit Spout. If either the hopper or spout are removed the grinder will automatically turn off, making the end of day best practice maintenance a simplified process.
Upgraded Cooling Fans: The dual cooling fans on the SPII+ have been upgraded to 55 IP (Ingression Property) which is the best quality available to stabilise the cooling of the internal temperature of the entire grinder.
Step-less grind adjustment, hands-free actuator switch and the user-friendly software with a precise timer, adjustable by steps of 1/10 of a second ensures consistent dosing necessary for a constant pour time.
75 mm SP Titanium burr set operating at low 650 rpm for longevity and clarity of the espresso.
